A real lover of fine cuisine himself, chef Dominique Ducrettet has all but one desire – to share his passion for flavour. Having worked for numerous award-winning institutions, most notably alongside Pierre Gagnaire, he moved to the north of the Isère department, the homeland of his wife. He loves to work as much with meat as he does fish, vegetables as he does fruit. Under his watchful eye, all the flavours of France come to life.
